Valley Machining Company

Company History
In 1980, Len Van Otterloo and Chuck Ver Steeg established Valley Machining Co. in Rock Valley, Iowa. VMC is a manufacturer of precision-machined products and assemblies to customer specifications.

Through hard work, innovative ideas and progressive attitude, VMC has grown into one of the area's largest industries. In 1993, the company expanded into a new 32,100 square foot building. This was followed by another expansion to 53,100 total square feet in 1995.

With steady growth from two employees to over 100 employees, VMC became an "Employee Owned" company in 1997. With each employee having a vested interest in our future, our employees are the foundation for future success and growth.
